Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, help customers, and develop a high-performing team. You will assist with merchandise flow, merchandising upkeep, and compliance with company policies while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include supervising associates, training, scheduling, and supporting the Store Manager to drive sales, control loss, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or related fields.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and functions.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas on the floor and in stockroom.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Adhere to directives and maintain corporate compliance and records.
• Maintain store displays and promotional materials.
• Assist with ordering, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
