Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market in North Las Vegas seeks an Assistant Store Manager to direct all store operations, drive sales, and uphold safety, labeling, and weights and measures standards. You will lead a team across perishable and non-perishable departments and model Sprouts values in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will develop the leadership team, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory and labor, and maintain compliance while delivering a positive shopping experience

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business/retail preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience or an equivalent combination.
• Experience leading both perishable and non-perishable departments with P&L, safety, staffing, training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Shape store culture by modeling Sprouts values and leading by example.
• Develop the store leadership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead a team of approximately ten people including Department Managers and Receivers.
• Ensure inventory, labor, and expenses are managed to meet sales targets.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Drive sales growth and store performance through effective training and standards.
