Job summary

Miniso is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with daily operations, coaching, and ensuring superior customer service. You will lead Shift Leads and Sales Associates while driving sales targets and maintaining store standards across merchandising and inventory processes.

You will promote the Miniso membership program, mentor staff, assist in recruiting, and ensure procedures and policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and driving customer service quality.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage store operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with inventory and merchandising procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily operations and coaching of Shift Leads.
• Promote Miniso mission, values, and customer service standards.
• Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation.
• Drive sales through customer engagement and loyalty programs.
• Mentor trainee associates and assist in recruitment and staffing.
• Assist with inventory, shipments, and loss prevention collaboration.
• Handle cash tasks and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety.
• Provide constructive feedback to grow the team and performance.
