Miniso is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Scranton to support the Store Manager in daily operations, coach a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, maintain merchandising standards, and drive sales performance. Responsabilidades

Lead a dynamic team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
Support Store Manager in maintaining merchandising standards and driving sales.
Promote the Miniso membership program to build loyalty and increase retention.
Assist in recruitment, training, staffing, and retention of store talent.
Assist in inventory management, processing shipments, and handling damages/returns.
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and Miniso handbook guidelines.
