Miniso in California seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, customer service excellence, and sales performance. You will mentor a team, uphold merchandising standards, and drive sign-ups for the Miniso membership program while ensuring policy compliance and smooth store functioning.

You will collaborate with store leadership on staffing, inventory, and loss prevention to sustain growth and provide an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail management leading teams.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate or travel between locations as needed.

Responsabilités

• Support Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Coach and mentor Shift Leads and Sales Associates to meet sales targets.
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards; ensure store policies are followed.
• Promote Miniso membership program to build loyalty and drive sales.
• Assist in recruitment, training, scheduling, and retention of staff.
• Manage inventory, processing shipments, damages, returns, and supplies.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink and security issues.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and maintain a safe, clean store.
