Job summary

Rag & Bone in Austin is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager in delivering best-in-class customer experiences. You will coach supervisors and associates, drive store operations, payroll, scheduling, and staff development to meet and exceed goals.

You will train staff, manage client relationships, and collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Buying to optimize product assortment and displays based on market trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of prior work experience in specialty retail with 1+ years in a management role.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop staff and lead store operations.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to build client loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and uphold clienteling standards.
• Train and develop staff across register, stock room, and store operations.
• Manage cash handling, payroll procedures, and staff scheduling.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Analyze sales data and collaborate on strategy to hit goals.
