Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of specialty retail experience with 3+ years in store leadership.
• Strong background in clienteling and building a loyal clientele.
• Hands-on experience with performance management and coaching of teams.
• Proven ability to drive sales, profitability and KPIs.
• Solid understanding of payroll, scheduling, inventory control and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Display best-in-class customer service techniques and build loyalty.
• Train staff on all store operations from register to stockroom.
• Maintain cash handling and register procedures.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling and staff productivity.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and development of staff.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Partner with People Team on hiring, changes and departures.
• Manage store business plans to drive performance and opportunities.
• Analyze sales data to set strategies and meet goals.
• Develop and grow a clienteling-focused clientele.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising on product assortment and displays.
