Job summary

rag & bone is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the store leadership team in Greenwich. You will contribute to store operations, enhance the customer experience, and coach supervisors and associates while fostering a collaborative, client-centric environment.

You will work closely with merchandising and buying teams to align product offerings with customer needs, while modeling rag & bone values and supporting a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum prior retail management experience in specialty retail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Display best-in-class customer service techniques and build customer loyalty.
• Coach and develop supervisors and staff to meet store goals.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding and training of staff.
• Manage store operations, payroll procedures and scheduling.
