Job summary

rag & bone is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead client-centered service and drive sales goals at our Texas store. The role integrates with store management as a role model, upholding brand standards and policy adherence.

You will deliver best-in-class service, grow a loyal clientele, and collaborate with Visual Merchandising on floor sets while ensuring opening/closing routines and accurate POS transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Luxury retail knowledge preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lead and model service standards.

Responsibilities

• Display best-in-class customer service techniques and clienteling standards.
• Meet store and metric goals.
• Grow and manage clientele.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to staff and support senior management.
• Encourage and recognize opportunities for team selling.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising on floor sets and projects.
• Open and close the store daily according to guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of policy and procedures.
• Process POS transactions accurately.
• Diffuse conflict and escalate as needed.
• Track, monitor and communicate business results.
• Model a positive client-centric environment.
