Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and develop a high-performing team. You will oversee scheduling, training, and customer service while maintaining store standards and brand presentation.

In this role, you’ll mentor staff, manage store activities, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience aligned with Lids’ policies and performance goals. This position is on-site at multiple stores in the region.
