Qualifications

• No degree required; high school diploma or GED preferred.
• 5+ years of store leadership or related experience.
• Experience operating a POS system and in-store computer systems.
• Strong judgment to identify and resolve day-to-day problems.
• Excellent communication with leadership, staff, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to store staff, including supervisors and associates.
• Execute plans to enhance employee productivity and performance.
• Assist the Store Manager in interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching staff.
• Provide coaching and direction on a day-to-day basis to ensure staff performance standards are met.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels through effective replenishment, organization, shrink control, and communication.
• Assist in developing and implementing action plans addressing sales, safety, training, and personnel development.
