Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Store Leader to join our Store Leadership Team. You will guide store staff, help drive customer experiences, and support operations across a busy retail location in Phoenix.

You'll work closely with the Store Manager on interviewing, training, coaching, and achieving sales goals while maintaining inventory controls and a safe, welcoming environment for customers and associates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role or specialization.
• Ability to operate POS and in-store systems; good communication.
• Ability to resolve day-to-day problems with good judgment.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to store staff, including supervisors and associates.
• Execute plans to enhance productivity and performance.
• Assist the Store Manager in interviewing, hiring, training and coaching.
• Provide day-to-day coaching to ensure performance standards.
• Maintain inventory levels through replenishment and shrink control.
• Assist with development and implementation of store action plans.
