Columbia Sportswear Company in Mercedes, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with daily operations, customer service excellence, and sales growth. You will model a positive team environment and ensure standards across service, safety, and product presentation.

You will lead staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching, monitor inventory levels, and implement action plans to meet store goals.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in position or specialization.
• Ability to interview, hire, train, and coach staff.
• Experience operating POS systems and in-store tech.

Responsabilidades
