• 5+ years of experience in a store leadership role or specialization.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating Inventory and POS systems and various retail software tools.
• Strong customer engagement and selling skills.

• Provide leadership to a diverse staff of supervisors and associates on day-to-day operations.
• Create an engaging shopping experience and ensure product knowledge across staff.
