Qualifications

• No specific education required; HS diploma or GED preferred
• 5+ years of experience in position or specialization
• Ability to operate POS and other in-store systems
• Strong communication with store leadership, associates, and customers

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to store staff, including supervisors and associates.
• Execute and support plans to enhance employee productivity and performance.
• Assist the Store Manager in interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching staff as necessary.
• Provide coaching and direction on a day-to-day basis to ensure staff performance standards are met.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels through replenishment, organization, shrink control, and communication.
• Assist in development and implementation of action plans addressing sales, safety, training, and personnel development
