Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver high-quality customer service and maintain store standards.
• Forecast staffing needs and recruit staff to meet growth plans.
• Manage budgets and expenses to achieve profitability targets.
• Oversee front and back of house operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Document records for applicants, hires, payroll, and performance reviews.
• Communicate market information and team successes to the Area/District Manager.
