Qualifications

• No specific education required (HS diploma or GED preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in position or in a related field.
• Proficient with POS and in-store computer systems; comfortable with telephone communications.
• Ability to make sound judgments to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Strong communication skills with store leadership, staff, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to store staff, including supervisors and associates.
• Drive plans to enhance productivity, performance, and sales.
• Assist Store Manager with interviewing, onboarding, and coaching staff.
• Coach staff daily to meet performance standards.
• Maintain inventory levels with replenishment, organization, and shrink control.
• Help develop and implement action plans for sales, safety, and training.
