Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Fargo to lead daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales. You will supervise staff, execute training plans, and ensure policy compliance while maintaining store standards.

Reports to Store Manager and collaborates with leadership to meet KPIs, inventory accuracy, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling, complaints, and coverage when Store Manager is away.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS training programs and set goals.
• Administer progressive disciplinary steps when needed.
• Foster a fun, productive, and inclusive team environment.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, inventory security, and cash accuracy.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and urgent peak coverage.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on operations.
