Goodwill in Hinesville, GA is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in running a busy retail location. You will lead staff, oversee sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, and customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, and customer service per policy.
• Open and close the store at scheduled times and perform mid-shift duties.
• Assist manager in achieving budgeted sales through daily budget sheets, pricing, and service.
• Build and maintain a motivated, well-trained sales team and communicate promotions.
• Prepare weekly/daily sales reports, manage inventory, and schedule staff.
