Job summary

ALDI is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to help supervise day-to-day store activities, manage schedules, and drive store performance. You will develop operational action plans, identify staffing needs, and train team members to deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Full-time status with average 38 hours per week, starting wage $27 per hour, with a wage increase to $28 after Year 2.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training and development opportunities for team members.
• Ensure store standards, cleanliness, and signage are maintained.
