Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, operate cash register and scanner.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees and training.
• Manage merchandise flow: receiving, stocking, restocking and displays.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and control damages/markdowns.
• Support planograms implementation and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure cashier accountability and store cash controls.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
