Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires strong interpersonal and written/oral communication abilities.

• Able to perform basic math and cash handling tasks.
• Familiarity with cash policies and reporting requirements.
• Must be able to drive to the bank to make deposits.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate the register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, restocking and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages, markdowns and paperwork.
• Ensure planograms are followed and merchandise presented as directed.
• Maintain cashier accountability and deposit cash using approved procedures.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
