United Pacific is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Arnold, CA to support store operations and ensure a safe, customer-focused environment. In this full-time role you will cover duties of the Store Manager in their absence and help drive sales, service, and floor leadership.

You will develop customer connections, supervise staff, and maintain a positive attitude with all customers and team members while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead at a retail store.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
