NAPA in California seeks an Assistant Store Manager to blend automotive knowledge with frontline sales and everyday store operations. You will support the Store Manager, supervise team performance, and occasionally take on keyholder duties to ensure smooth opening and closing.

Responsibilities include driving sales, managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, coaching staff, and maintaining safety standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket or willingness to learn.
• Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service focus and relationship building.
• Ability to manage inventory and labor scheduling.
• Knowledge of cataloging/inventory systems.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Store Manager on operations and sales execution.
• Lead opening and closing routines and cash reconciliation.
• Monitor store metrics and staff performance; coach and mentor.
• Oversee counter sales, receiving, stocking, and delivery coordination.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention and housekeeping.
• Communicate with team and external dealers as needed.
