Job summary

United Pacific is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in a full-time role. You will support the Store Manager in all store operations and maintain a safe, customer-focused environment at all times.

In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume their duties and lead the team. You will also assist customers with product purchases, build lasting customer connections, and maintain a positive attitude with staff and shoppers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must prove authorization to work in the United States.
• Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Physically able to lift 20 lbs.
• Ability to work irregular shifts, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
• Most work indoors, with some outdoor periods.
• Stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 20 lbs overhead during stocking.
