Job summary

United Pacific is seeking an Assistant Manager for a full-time, on-site role in California. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, assist customers, and help maintain a safe, customer-focused environment.

You will also be responsible for all Store Manager duties in their absence, require 2–4 years of retail supervision experience, and be able to work weekends, overnights, and holidays. This position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in a retail store.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all store operations and ensure a safe, customer-focused environment.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Assist customers in purchasing products and develop customer connections.
• Maintain a positive attitude with all customers and staff.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnights, and holidays.
