United Pacific is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Kent, WA. This full-time role supports store operations, leads in the absence of the Store Manager, and focuses on customer service and sales. The position requires 2–4 years of retail supervisory experience and strong English communication skills.

The role covers lifting and standing for long periods, with shifts that may include weekends, overnights, and holidays. Benefits are provided as listed in the posting.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations and ensure a safe, customer-focused environment.
• Act as Acting Store Manager in their absence and carry out Store Manager duties.
• Assist customers with purchases and maintain positive customer connections.
