Foot Locker in Salem, OR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead with energy and ownership. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach the team, and ensure a smooth, customer-focused store experience from open to close.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll motivate staff, manage daily operations, and protect the store through loss-prevention practices. You’ll embrace the “Always on, Never no” standard to deliver exceptional customer moments and achieve company goals.

Competenze

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.
