Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wisconsin to lead front-line teams and drive a memorable customer experience at a single retail location. You’ll oversee associates, cash handling, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, and store presentation.

The role emphasizes motivating staff, handling warranty issues, routing mobile jobs, training, and maintaining productivity and compliance with OSHA and other regulations. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail or service center; automotive experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead front-line associates to deliver world-class service.
• Respond to customer complaints and process losses/repair issues.
• Manage work orders and routing for mobile jobs.
• Train associates on installation techniques and procedures.
• Monitor productivity, inventory, and store cleanliness to meet quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.
