Safelite Group, Inc. in Wisconsin Rapids is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, focusing on quality service and a memorable customer experience.

You will oversee people leadership, coaching, cash/expense management, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, and store appearance, while coordinating scheduling and open/close procedures. The role drives KPI performance, ensures safety and compliance, mentors technicians to maintain SafeTech™ certification and quality installs,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent or 5–7 years leadership/supervisory experience.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with an incentive-based approach.
• 3–5 years in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage a mobile workforce.
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Present a professional appearance and wear PPE.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, work orders, and cash handling.
• Drive KPI performance to meet/exceed goals (NPS, Time to Serve, job completion, conversions, quality).
• Ensure SafeTech™ certification for technicians and coach for quality installs/repairs.
• Guide vehicle/equipment maintenance and maintain records; collaborate with marketing as needed.
• Respond promptly to client complaints/warranty issues and maintain exceptional customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
