The Buckle, Inc. in Minnesota is looking for an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team. You will lead sales, merchandising, and operations, recruit teammates, and train others while covering for leadership in their absence.

This role starts as AIT with progression to Assistant Manager, offering full-time hours and comprehensive benefits. You will work closely with management to elevate guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 months of related retail experience.
• Relocation may be required.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Lead, train and motivate Teammates; assist Store Manager.
• Support sales, merchandising and store operations.
• Recruit Teammates and participate in training.
