The Buckle, Inc. is hiring for an Assistant In Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager. The role focuses on delivering an exceptionally enjoyable shopping experience while performing sales, merchandising, and operational duties.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates, and provide leadership in the absence of the Store Manager. The position progression from AIT to Assistant Manager includes higher level duties, with responsibilities shared

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and adapt to store needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide engaging, legendary service.
• Lead by example in sales presentations and product knowledge.
• Assist in recruiting and training Teammates; act as Store Manager in absence.
• Maintain storefront, execute POS procedures and uphold loss prevention standards.
