Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager in Wichita Falls, TX to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team. The role blends sales, merchandising and daily operations to create an exceptional guest experience, while actively developing Teammates and preparing for higher leadership duties.

The position emphasizes coaching, recruitment, training and accountability, with a path from AIT to more senior leadership as readiness and performance allow.

Formación

• Primary duties include sales, merchandising and store operations.
• Train and motivate teammates; lead the store in absence of the Store Manager.
• Progression from AIT with higher duties over time.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise; assist guests in locating items.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and educate the team to boost sales.
• Help recruit and train new Teammates; mentor and develop staff.
• Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, policies and security practices.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service; meet sales goals.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to plan education focus and schedule.
• Assist in recruitment of store staffing and explain Buckle benefits.
• Ensure visual standards and merchandising are up-to-date on the floor.
