Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee in Wichita Falls, TX to develop leadership, sales, merchandising and operational skills under the Store Manager. The role supports guest experience, product knowledge and daily store routines, with the goal of becoming a Store Manager.

You will share responsibility for training Teammates, lead in customer service, and assist in recruiting and coaching while maintaining Buckle standards. This is a full-time on-site program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist in training and developing Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Lead sales and merchandising tasks, including displays and customer interactions.
• Support Store Manager in recruiting, interviewing and coaching Teammates.
• Maintain store standards and operate with Buckle policies and loss prevention guidelines.
• Execute store opening/closing procedures and participate in leadership activities.
