Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to enhance guest experiences and drive store performance. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising, recruiting and training initiatives, while ensuring exceptional service across the sales floor, fitting rooms and register area.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, leadership, and coaching abilities.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and travel if required.

• Greet Guests with legendary service and drive sales.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer care.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, security, and Loss Prevention.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to set education focus and zone ownership.
