Job summary

Buckle in Weatherford, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training and Assistant Manager to lead sales and guest service initiatives while coordinating merchandising and operational tasks. • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service across store areas.
• Assist Store Manager with sales goals, staffing and training.
• Lead by example in showmanship, customer service and merchandising.
• Coach Teammates to meet performance standards using the SPG and training tools.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure department is clean, organized and shoppable.
• Support inventory management, POS procedures and security practices.
