Job summary

Buckle is hiring for the Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager roles in Texas. The position combines sales, merchandising, and operations duties, with progression from AIT to Assistant Manager.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and lead Teammates, while meeting sales and service goals. Responsibilities include managing guest experiences, coaching staff, and maintaining store standards, with opportunities to grow into higher-level leadership

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred or training provided.
• Ability to coach and develop Teammates.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Guests in locating and selecting merchandise and answer questions.
• Lead by example in sales presentations and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Train and motivate Teammates and support leadership in daily operations.
• Ensure store standards, POS procedures, and loss prevention guidelines are followed.
