Job summary

Buckle in Midland, TX seeks a dedicated Assistant Manager in Training (AIT) to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You’ll work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates, and develop leadership skills while maintaining store standards and guest service.

The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager, with additional responsibilities and leadership duties as you grow within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and train teammates.
• Experience in sales and customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with legendary service and answer questions about store merchandise.
• Lead, train and motivate teammates; support Store Manager in recruitment.
• Ensure store standards in merchandising, cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist in achieving sales goals and managing daily store operations.
