The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training and Manager in Great Bend, KS to drive sales, lead Guest service, and develop Teammates.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to grow sales, manage merchandising, and oversee store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with added responsibilities in leadership, training and accountability.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; or related retail experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays
• Willingness to travel if required and no visa sponsorship available

Responsabilidades

• Sell and service Guests with a focus on creating a legendary shopping experience
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards
• Lead visual merchandising, floor sets and zone ownership
• Oversee store operations, opening/closing procedures and Loss Prevention practices
• Assist Store Manager in interviewing and staffing and in daily leadership tasks
