You will support store operations, recruit and develop a sales-focused team, and drive profitability while ensuring compliance and a safe, welcoming environment.

You will lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, manage payroll and inventory, and strengthen vendor relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1–3 years of work experience with 2+ years in a supervisory retail role.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team and develop product knowledge.
• Support day-to-day operations including payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
• Help maintain vendor relationships to support store and inventory objectives.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to alcohol sale and maintain a safe store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
