Total Wine & More in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to grow the brand by delivering best-in-class service and creating a distinctive world of adult beverages for our customers. You will support store operations and help build a sales and service culture to expand our customer base and maximize profitability.

You will drive sales, recruit and develop a team, manage payroll and inventory, ensure compliance with alcohol laws, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail experience with supervisory responsibilities
• 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in a retail setting
• Experience leading and developing a sales-focused team
• Familiarity with alcohol laws and customer service standards

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and KPIs across the store with a focus on profitability
• Recruit, train, and lead the store team and develop product knowledge
• Support payroll, inventory, merchandising, and shrink management
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations
