Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to help drive store operations, sales, and the guest experience alongside the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

This role focuses on leading teams, coaching Teammates, and maintaining exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. The position progresses from AIT with higher duties, including training and motivating Teammates, and stepping in for the Store Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead and motivate Teammates.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to recruit and train new Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and guest service excellence in daily store operations.
• Train, develop, and motivate Teammates; assist Store Manager in absence.
• Support merchandising, cashiering, and store cleanliness to meet Buckle standards.
