Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in Augusta. This role combines sales, merchandising and operational duties, including coaching Teammates, managing guest experience, and maintaining store standards.

It is a progression from AIT with higher responsibilities. You will help recruit, train, and motivate TEAMMATES, drive sales, oversee visual presentation, and ensure loss prevention and policy adherence.

Qualifications
