You will recruit, train, and develop staff while delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining compliance with alcohol regulations.

Develop product knowledge, manage payroll, inventory, merchandising, and shrink; build vendor relationships; lead by example; work evenings/weekends as needed; and participate in Total Rewards

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent retail experience.
• 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in retail.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team, including ongoing development.
• Support day-to-day operations: payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink control.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support store and inventory objectives.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
