Total Wine & More in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to grow our brand through best-in-class service and a distinctive beverage experience. You will drive sales, train and lead staff, and oversee payroll, inventory, and merchandising to maximize profitability.

You’ll foster a welcoming, knowledgeable store atmosphere, resolve customer issues, and ensure compliance with alcohol laws. This role requires 21+ and flexibility, including evenings and weekends, with a strong focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team, including ongoing development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Support day-to-day operations: payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving customer issues.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support store and inventory objectives.
• Ensure adherence to laws/regulations for alcohol sales and a safe store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
