The role focuses on building a high performing team, executing business strategies, and ensuring brand standards across operations. You will analyze sales metrics, coach staff, and manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory processes while maintaining visual standards and loss prevention

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Proven excellent customer service skills with a track record in sales and leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a customer and product-focused sales culture and supports store operations to maximize profitability.
• Establishes clear expectations and holds team accountable for brand and performance standards.
• Manages payroll, scheduling, and basic budget controls.
• Oversees inventory processes, cash handling, price changes, and merchandise flow.
• Ensures compliance with policies, loss prevention, and training for associates.
• Drives high performance through coaching and development of the selling team.
• Leads recruitment, onboarding, and development of store personnel.
• Ensures excellent in-store customer experience and omni-channel alignment.
