Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Proven excellent customer service skills with statistical track record in all areas of sales and leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership qualities, training and team building skills.
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
• Able to communicate with customers and staff.
• Regular attendance is essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes sales reports and KPIs to determine needs and executes in-store strategies.
• Establishes expectations and ensures accountability for brand standards.
• Controls payroll and supply budget.
• Schedules, conducts audits, inventories, opening/closing duties, and payroll accuracy checks.
• Manages cash handling, price changes, and merchandise handling in line with policy.
• Ensures compliance with laws and loss prevention policies; trains associates on controls.
• Oversees inventory receipt/dispatch, replenishment, and physical inventories.
• Ensures visual presentation and facility maintenance reflect the Brand.
• Develops a high performance culture and motivates the team to achieve goals.
• Trains and coaches on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Assists locate fulfillment and selling as needed.
