Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Proven excellent customer service skills with a track record in sales and leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership qualities, training and team building skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes sales reports and KPIs to determine the needs of the business and executes in-store strategies with the Store Manager.
• Establishes clear expectations and accountability for brand, performance and behavior standards.
• Oversees payroll and budget controls and basic store operations (scheduling, audits, inventory, opening/closing).
• Manages cash handling, pricing, merchandise flow, and register policies.
• Ensures compliance with laws and loss prevention policies; trains associates on controls.
• Oversees inventory receipts/dispatch, replenishment, and physical inventories.
• Maintains brand-aligned visual standards and store presentation.
• Develops a high-performance team through coaching and engagement.
