Responsibilities

• Prepares weekly schedules and payroll documentation for accuracy and submission.
• Promotes customer service by ensuring associates greet and assist customers and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Supervises associates engaged in sales, inventory receipt, cash handling and services for customers.
• Models sales techniques and product knowledge to customers and helps locate merchandise per needs.
• Maintains a visually appealing store with proper housekeeping and merchandising standards.
• Trains associates on visual merchandising to keep the store in top condition.
• Monitors sales activities and motivates staff to achieve targets.
• Manages cash handling, price changes, and merchandise handling per policy.
• Oversees inventory receipt/dispatch and daily replenishment, and conducts inventories.
• Ensures store operations are compliant with laws, loss prevention, and controls; trains associates as needed.
• Assists in recruiting, hiring, and development of store staff; provides feedback for performance evaluations.
