Men’s Wearhouse is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in coaching, developing a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role emphasizes operational excellence, recruiting and training staff, and promoting an inclusive, engaging store environment.

You will lead daily to meet sales goals, enhance customer interactions, and ensure brand standards while supporting daily store operations and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to train and develop store teams.
• Proficient with technology systems, Microsoft Office, and POS.
